QUALITY ASSURANCE FRAMEWORK

Reporting Structure: The Q.C Manager reports to the
Manager of Manufacturing, ensuring effective coordination
and oversight of quality processes.

Quality Plans: Comprehensive Q.A Plans are developed and
approved by customers, ensuring adherence to technical
specifications and purchase order requirements.

Inward Inspection: Rigorous inspections are conducted upon
receipt of materials, with accurate documentation and
collaboration between the Stores In-Charge and Q.C
department.

Final Documentation: A comprehensive set of documents is
compiled, including test certificates, inspection reports, and
dimensional analysis, ensuring thorough compliance and
clearance for dispatch.

In-Process Inspection: Throughout production, meticulous
inspections are carried out, covering material identification,
stage checks, dimensional verification, N.D.T, assemblies,
sub-assemblies, and cleaning/painting.

Quality Control Department: A dedicated department follows
written procedures, maintaining accurate data records and
documentation for transparency and accountability.
